ABOUT ELISIA

Elisia is a multi-faceted professional with experience in the legal and insurance fields. She later became an Employer Authorized Representative in risk management, representing employers' interests before the BWC and the Industrial Commission for Workers' Compensation claims.

In 2014, a national health insurance company recruited Elisia to assist with their new Southwestern Ohio operations. She advocates for the power of community and is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to work together towards a brighter future for all. With that passion, Elisia served as a Campaign Manager, Treasurer, and Fundraiser for local candidates who now serve as Hamilton County Judges.

In 2023, Elisia was appointed as the Executive Director of SWEL, an organization dedicated to building, training, and supporting minority students pursuing careers in law.
